Reut Schwartz-Hebron is a Certifying Partner at KCI (KeyChange Institute). She is a published author and a leading expert in the intersection of neuroscience and difficult change. In her current role, Reut trains and certifies change leaders (HR executives, coaches, and consultants) to use Neuroscience-based models to support people through transformation, growth, transitions, and difficult change.
She started her professional career serving as a Lieutenant in the IDF, experienced firsthand what it’s like to transition into the corporate world, interviewed and recruited veterans for corporate positions, and later, as a consultant, supported veterans to become superstars in the new environment. She is also the daughter of an Army colonel and is very familiar with the sacrifices and dynamics within this very unique family unit. Over the past 25 years, Reut worked with large international corporations like Intel, Comcast, NIKE, Nokia, Philips, Coca Cola, and GSK in a wide variety of industries, as well as supported leaders in small businesses. In recent years, Reut volunteered as a coach with the Honor Foundation. She believes that veterans receive some of the best in-practice training available anywhere and have unique talents that are extremely valuable and translatable to any industry. She feels privileged to give back, in any way she can with OMF Cares to the amazing women and men who serve.
